OUR VISION for Local Government We have continued to engage discussion on the future of Berea, Richmond and Madison County in the areas of land use, growth, and economic development. In 2005 when all three local governments revised their comprehensive land use plans, LWV hosted several public meetings to encourage citizen input. Read the LWV's
